Order Packing Cameras & Data Protection
To ensure accuracy and maintain high service standards, our fulfilment team uses cameras in our packing area to record the preparation and dispatch of customer orders.

Purpose: These recordings are used exclusively for quality control, training, and resolving order fulfilment queries.

Access: Only authorised staff at Pro Armour Ltd can view the footage. Customers and external parties do not have access to these recordings.

Sharing: Footage will never be shared with third parties, except where required by law or regulatory authorities.

Retention: Recordings are stored securely and kept only for as long as necessary for operational and legal purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.
