Pro Armour Ltd designs and supplies high-quality PPE garments, including t-shirts and hoodies with integrated shoulder padding, intended to improve comfort and reduce strain for workers in physically demanding roles. While designed to offer additional cushioning, our products are not medical or safety-certified protective equipment.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order through our website, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

  • Provide truthful and accurate information during the checkout process.

  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

a. Retail Orders

  • All retail orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Pro Armour Ltd.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance.

  • A binding contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched.

b. Bulk & B2B Orders

  • For custom or bulk orders, please contact us at info@pro-armour.co.uk to discuss terms.

  • Bulk orders are subject to a typical 6–8 week lead time and are manufactured overseas.

  • Lead times are estimates and may be impacted by customs, material delays, shipping, or force majeure events.

  • Orders requiring specific delivery dates or performance must be confirmed in writing and agreed upon in advance.

c. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • There is an error in the price or product description.

  • The order appears fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

  • We are unable to fulfil the order due to external limitations.

5. Prices & Payment

  • Prices displayed are in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless stated as included.

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless agreed otherwise in writing (e.g. bulk contracts).

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods via our website.

6. Shipping & Delivery

a. Retail Orders

  • We aim to dispatch in-stock items within the timeframes stated on product pages.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

b. Bulk Orders

  • Delivery timelines and terms will be agreed upon separately in writing.

  • Manufacturing lead times typically range from 6–8 weeks depending on the order.

c. Risk & Responsibility

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon dispatch.

  • You are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery. Any issues (e.g. damages, shortages) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
